    Work with internal and external teams to align mobile app support work against the other digital product teams. Consolidate feedback and bug reports from multiple sources (app stores, customer support inquiries, DataDog, etc.) into prioritized items to fix and/or feed back into the product roadmap. Maintain the support & sustain roadmap and backlog. Manage sprints and release timelines across multiple development teams.

    • Organized a detailed backlog and sprint schedule of bugs and enhancements

    Execute bug triage to identify and remove errors and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to test software's functionality. Establish a feature roadmap/backlog to assure efficient resource allocation throughout the development process. Design and create user flows to facilitate users in accomplishing designed goals. Collaborate with designers and engineers to pinpoint new ideas for features. 

    • Revamped desktop onboarding app to guarantee appropriate utilization for pairing child Android and iOS devices to accounts for parental control app (OurPact).

      • Incorporated improvements to iOS pairing process, leading to assuring minimization of time by 50% in pairing process.

    • Streamlined product development process by defining workflow among engineering, QA, and product teams.

    • Ensured meeting of quality goals of products by coordinating with engineering and QA teams for features testing.

    • Support development of product MVP and launch of the Motiv application, including initiating new subscription models.
